Card Readers & Adaptors
To make downloading images to your computer easier you can use a card reader. This is a small device plugged into your PC (usually via USB) into which you place your memory card and then browse the images just like you placed a disk in a drive. This is often faster, more simple, eliminates messy cables having to be plugged in each time, doesn't require any battery power and you can write back on to the card should you wish to do so.
